Does Rails follow some other versioning scheme than semver? It's been a while since I've seen a x.x.x.x version format.

I was implementing the q-factor weighing whole reading the mdn page on the Accept header but maybe I can just skip that one. Or it’s easier than I’ve made it in. My head 😅

One is super simple and the other one requires me to use a library or implement the content negotiation algorithm myself :D

Basically looking for excuses to just use file extensions :D

When doing content negotiation, should I rely on a file extension, e.g. `transactions.json`, `transaction.html` or the `Accept` header? So the endpoint is `/transactions` but depending on the header we'll return the correct format?

I think a big part of this is also working at an org where communication is working well. I think you see a lot of pre- and post-work for meetings when they aren't well planned.

I was told on multiple times that "private chats" didn't exist at GitHub before they moved to Slack by @dmg.bsky.social, and I'm more and more convinced that this is the way.
