Forced censorship is not safety, it does not protect anyone. If you have an issue with pornography, abstain. But choosing what other people can and cannot see or do with their bodies is always the definition of authoritarianism.

I say this as someone extremely uncomfortable talking about anything sex or NSFW related to anyone who I'm not romantically involved with or otherwise extraordinarily close to and trusting of.

Anyone cheering on the censorship of pornographic content needs to be treated with nothing but hostility.

If you’re uncomfortable with pornography because kids might find it, push for adults to wall out minors from adult spaces. Also educate kids as to why they should stay away from these spaces.
