Weird day. Should be hungover but took painkillers before bed, so now I feel... only half present but ok? Just did my exercises and it was good. Not brilliant but good. One day I'll get the hang of healthier habits and all that.

I don't actually get cold easily, but when I do, I might be in considerable pain. But not everyone gets it, I guess, it's a chronic pain thing.
