Which "other folks"? Another person whose argument was optional Society quests? Again, when was the last time the Turali people--aside from Lamaty'i--even relevant to the Main Scenario? There was so much potential bringing in their lessons about death/memory to S9, which CS3 forgot or squandered.

"Hater shit" when I was and still am an ardent defender of 7.0, adore everything about Tural, its culture, and its various peoples, to the point various Discords waited for my reactions on TV and the Gok Golma quests, but sure, "hater shit" because I'm upset CS3 abandoned Tural in favor of sci-fi.

Mamook was fantastic, but as optional, non-combat content, only a tiny fraction of players will ever see it, and therefore will have no impact on MSQ. So it doesn't exactly count as a spotlight. The Agency was so generic and region-agnostic it was a literal copy-paste of Rin's Agency from FFX.

We didn't have "a whole expansion." We had half, 2/3rds of one *at best*, and the Main Plot has been laser-focused on Alexandria's existential woes ever since. The "whole last third of 7.0" was entirely spent within Alexandrian environs, getting acquainted with and solving Alexandrian issues.

The last time they (or Tural, for that matter) were given any kind of MSQ significance at all was resisting the invasion. Everything else has been Alexandria Alexandria Alexandria 100%. Even Koana's own 7.1 MSQ section was all but a sidestory given how completely detached it was from the Main Plot.

Oh hey, CS3 remembered that Dawntrail was supposed to have people from Tural in it, not just an endless (ha) procession of FF9 references in a Phantasy Star Online city. How... nice of them.
