😂 In theory I have an amazing, tightly plotted story, incredibly paced out with surprising twists in all the right places. In practice I’m several thousand words into a first draft and it’s like trying to wrestle an Incalcitrant beast. I’m about 1,000 more words away from the eye stabbing.
