(And yes I know that people in the Pokémon world are incredibly resilient but outside of that, the guy is either getting vaporized or the Raditz treatment.)

(So I just thought of something. So you know those Mega Crystals that show up on buildings. Imagine you use something like Hyper Beam on it. Some guy is just sitting at home after work and then BOOM. Big ass laser beam goes right on through. Like those buildings have to be extremely sturdy.)
