I am someone who has been funding the Michigan LEAD scholars program. I understand there are workarounds that comply with the administration’s view of the law that are being explored and will be implemented. Justice will (hopefully) always find a way to prevail.

Every now and then it hits me that this isn’t just about 1 inhuman act or another, but a bigger picture.
That the entire democratic experiment in America is falling apart in front of our eyes. It’s historic in that sense. Which then makes me wonder why all media stories aren’t framed this way.
The fear among academics and lawyers now talking on the record on just about any topic that involves the federal government or the White House is really extraordinary and worrisome, and getting worse, it seems to me, every week. Dissent by an establishment figures becoming verboten in the US
