Besides, I think it was dropped is cause Evening Star was working on Penny (which is clearly where their passion lies during that time).
SEGA and Evening Star are still in good terms too.
Honestly this stage looks like a spiritual successor to Mirage Saloon... I lowkey would want to see this in a fully fledge stage made in pixel art...
