ive been struggling to get back to work since feb of this year. i can only blame myself for locking tf in for 8 months just so i can have a decent amount of savings and in return my brain is scrambled my brain has never been so unfocused for this long. i tried to do some stuff that i thought would help my burnout but it only works temporarily. constantly struggling to figure out what can work and whats causing me to be unfocused. no one irl really wants to hear me talking about mental health. every time i try to mention the possibility of me having ADHD to the closest person i have irl, they shrug it off im getting tired of lot of my daily routine. the dishes that i used to like doesnt spark joy anymore. while drawing my current fixation sparks a lot of joy, it takes a lot of my time when i should be doing something necessary. avoiding to draw what i like also keeps me on edge and more unfocused. im stretched all over the place. ive been staying up late for more than a month. i stopped doing workouts the other week. i have some idea of what i can do to fix this but life gets in the way, my brain gets in the way i took on a bunch of commitments this year despite everything, specially one thats very important to me. maybe letting go to a few of those would help but i might also regret when i realize those are not the reason trying so hard to get back to normal, i feel both engaged and disengaged about what i do with my daily life. cant rly afford to go to a therapist. i just want things back the way they are or maybe this is my new normal that ive yet to properly navigate
