Off-Duty Nurse Practitioner Leaps Barricade to Save Marathon Runner in Cardiac Arrest An off-duty nurse practitioner at the Akron Marathon performed CPR on a collapsed runner, helping save his life. Witnesses called it a powerful moment of teamwork and quick action.
