Fun Jeff Treadway fact- I formed a Lemke’s Loathers Club (Lemke had taken his job) and sent him a membership card and his wife later sent me a note saying she’d join.

Just heard “oh no, Ding has blundered!” But had no board to look at. Crushing.

I’m in my annual “try to learn Go” phase. I usually last a week before I give up in despair. Seems like that’s where I’m headed again. Went through this about 20 times before chess finally took.
