I’m transferring old Twitter/X posts to bsky, but I’m deleting posts that were negative or weren’t tech related. My intent with Twitter/X was always to have a positive outlet for sharing ideas with like-minded people. So please bear with me as I clean things up over the next few days/weeks.

I actually made a shield/counter build just to beat him after 4 hrs of trying (pre-patch). I couldn’t understand why I was getting hit even after rolling. Seems like FS patched that bug, and made him slower.

It’s depressing that we have to pad a week or so of downtime after conferences for being sick. It’s the new normal. But at least it was worth it and I learned a lot of cool things at this latest NVIDIA GTC. Plus, my wife has been amazing…leaving CNS at the door downstairs. ❤️🥰

I love that @Level1Techs mentioned #OpenShift #Virtualization and VDI. There’s so much that people aren’t aware that OpenShift can do with virtualization. I should do some more videos here soon to show folks what can be done (it’s a lot better than you probably realize)!

Back in the day you started off with some Raspberry Pis or some NUCs, and a few years later you're running Dell T-series servers packed to the gills with ConnectX-6 and E810 100G NICs, NVIDIA GPUs, and Intel RAN cards for "research and development" purposes. 🤦🏻‍♂️ #homelab

Anyone else going to this years GDC by chance?

I'm assuming this is USB as well (or am I mistaken, and this is serial)? I've seen other BF2 cards that have USB soldered to the 4 available pads just behind where this vertical connector sits on the PCB.

This is one of the coolest mini SFF Intel-based packet-slingers I’ve ever owned. The @Hi_MINISFORUM MS-01. Kitted with an Intel X710-T4 card for 6x10G + 2x2.5G networking, and 2xNVMe (with a U.2 drive in the way)! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for…

BTW, see why I keep on tweeting out that Linux is so awesome for gaming (it's so close anyway)...that Deck is doing it right...I wish more people knew about it, and some games actually run just a hair better than in Windows.

@dark1x just saw you got a #SteamDeck! definitely check out PoP The Lost Crown...it's a stunner on that thing! Just use Desktop Mode to install/run Heroic launcher to run it with Proton GE/Experimental - which you all know, I'm sure, but it runs GREAT on the Deck!

Ok, so Google Chrome is automatically blurring Google Meets video, but I can't figure out how to disable it (I use a DSLR for video). Does anyone know what's going on? I can confirm it looks perfectly fine/normal on Firefox (same account and settings). Chrome is blurred... 😕
