“I don’t know how to do small talk.. I usually just make it awkward..”
She sighs, pushing her face into the blanket
“Seeing so many people around me make friends and fall in love n stuff makes me confused.. I’ve never gotten to experience that really. Except with you, you’re my friend. But often I feel so left behind.”

She moved from sitting to curling up on the floor, holding the blanket close

She answered simply. Fidgeting with one finger blankets she was gifted. She was using it for comfort. The only nice and comforting thing she had.
She glanced over and shrugged. The lights were on but they were dim
“You know.. I don’t know.. just feeling..”
For once sparky wasn’t in her lab. She sat in the middle of the floor in her room, looking around. The door was open. Her room was surprisingly empty. Most things were old and had a layer of dust over them. The only new things were some newer blankets she was gifted for her birthday. She looked..sad
