I've often resorted to the camping shower from Outdoor Retreat for this very reason 😆
I really wish there was a mod to use the laundry tub for a quick scrub down or something. There are far too many "easy living" items in the Sims and not enough "roughing it" ones for my preferred style of gameplay.
