I often get on nia for trying to fix things with jay the roundabout Stupid way when she couldve just asked before he got a glock, but like. shouldnt the leagues job be to facilitate restorative justice? that's what they Claim to stand for aint it

also when it comes to nia and jay not enough of you have beef with the justice league for my liking

nia does harmful shit not because shes got something evil inside her but because she at the end of the day doesn't know anything and Doing Harmful Shit is the path of least resistance

and what i mean by that is Secret Six 2025 and the storyline preceding it is a book fundamentally about how being naive can be just as harmful as being malicious if you are not careful. every single character in that book has this problem. Yes even Jay. Yes even Lori. Especially Nia and Jon.

nicoles tweets did remind me how annoying it is that i basically have to prime people before talking about san fran theory because inevitably you get people boiling it down to "nia is a mastermind" when the entire point is she ISNT. like even sexism aside, viewing nia that way breaks the story

And none of that knockoff batcat "jay seduces jon to make his plans work omg!" nonsense. I want Jon to do the seducing. I want Jay to be trying to do his damn job and for Superpervert over here to be like I KNOW WHAT YOUR BLOOD SMELLS LIKE ☺️🤪

As for Jay and Jon. Obviously I and most other people want them to be endgame. However. In the meantime ☝️ toxic and emotion filled one night stands

And Jays problem is that I think he knows if he doesn't blame One Person for everything he's never going to get any semblance of justice. Like the League can punish Nia but theyre never gonna take a stand against the U.S or imperialism as a whole. Why would they? Its why they exist.
