It bears reiterating, but the in-replicable combination of the pandemic quarantine, the major player exodus from WoW, and the culmination of a ~10 year long story produced sub numbers for Endwalker that shouldn’t be used as a standard or measure of an expansion’s quality.

I reiterate my take from last year; narratively speaking imo we should have still been in EnW when DT came out but the problem is the MSQ run time isn't physically big enough for them to tell the stories they want and the stories they need.
