Tonight I learned that one of my heroes has died. I loved her and colleagues' "adventures" as a child and grew up to admire her scientific work for so many reasons. RIP Jane Goodall.

Now, it hasn't been said to me, rather I have witnessed this: someone REVERSING on a ROUNDABOUT because they had missed their exit. I fish that memory out every time I think I'm an idiot, and I immediately feel much, much better.
