Also, social media has become the main way many consume news. And it is bleak. This feeds into what people post, and they feel the need to consider how a post will fit into their feed. The TL was once a place you could just talk about how much you need coffee but that doesn't feel worthy anymore.

Trying to think of positive things to say 2025: I've seen probably 10 times more butterflies this year than I have in the last few years. A wonderful sight.

The Final Shape was the end of D2 for me, a great ending. It should have been the official ending, plug pulled and D3 worked on by the entire team. Only with D3 will you get new players in, no bloat, clean slate. And that'e when the old guard would come back too.

Sorry to hear this is your own experience. I feel parents are expected to have faith in the system without being given a clear picture of what is happening on a daily basis in class. And the unpredictable nature of classrooms means that TA could be pulled away elsewhere at the drop of a hat.

One of the main problems with EHCPs is the amount of kids that have them that still don't get access to one-to-one support either due to underfunding or mismanagement of funds at school. Often a one-to-one just means an overworked, underpaid TA, not an extra person in a classroom.
