This week, The Tribune had some really heartening news.
On Thursday, they announced the shortlist for the British Journalism Awards in December in London.
In the local news category, not one, but two of the journalists nominated are working for our tiny team right here in Sheffield!
This Wednesday at The Lescar, I can't wait for this. A three band line-up, nearly all the musicians are members of the wonderful Jazz at The Lescar team, it's going to be such a special evening. There are a few tickets left if you'd like to join us! Doors 8pm, ยฃ10 or ยฃ7 for students.
