I would recommend putting your over view first rather then your intro.
Introduction could be edited to be more concise.
Your over view sums up the problem, goals and your intent better than the introduction.
Who thinks Figma will actually go after Lovable in court? Even though they technically own the trademark for Dev Mode, could they actually enforce this?
Reminds me of when Momofuku tried doing the same thing with “Chili Crisp” “Chili Crunch” nonsense.
All caps is an affront to people trying use the form. Mind boggling

Vibe coding is the same way. I don’t code well, still learning. But I don’t mind people using tools to help what they need done faster.
I totally get you wanting to use the logo design color scheme into the overall design.
Since your logo has a very bold color design already, having the background just one color will make it stand out more without it distracting the eye.
