Also why would anyone autocorrect “wrong day” to “Erin day”? Autocorrect seems more broken lately than ever before.

Update on a previous thread I can no longer locate: today Siri has suggested I start a timer for SEVEN minutes. This is actually farther off the mark than her earlier suggestions, in that it is still on the wrong day, but now also out of sequence. It goes 8, 6, 7, and it’s Wednesdays. Wednesdays!

Tom Lehrer stopped performing when I was a toddler, but I grew up on his music just the same. I recall one family gathering where my father and uncle and I spontaneously sang (unaccompanied) Poisoning Pigeons in the Park, to a smattering of delight. 97 years is still too few. Much respect and RIP.
