The Trump administration ordered 18 government agencies to terminate their collective bargaining agreements and cease union negotiations on Thursday.
The move could strip hundreds of thousands of federal workers of their union protections.
The worst thing the federal government has done to unions in my lifetime happened last night. The second worst thing was three weeks ago.
The labor movement will either protect ourselves right now or be smashed. That's all there is to it.

Β§ 153(a); it is further ORDERED that plaintiff shall continue to serve as a member of the NLRB until her term expires pursuant to 29 U.S.C. BREAKING: the U.S. District Court in D.C. has found that Trumpβs firing of former NLRB Chair Gwynne A. Wilcoxβs firing was unlawful, and ruled that she must be immediately reinstated to serve out the rest of her term as a board member.
She was appointed and confirmed to a 5-year term in 2023.

Post from NLRB Union: Yesterday, the NLRBβs Buffalo office (Region 3) received word from its landlord that GSAβacting on behalf of DOGEβhad unilaterally cancelled the Regionβs five-year lease, without any prior notice to the Agency. The Region has been given 90 days to vacate the building.
In 2024, the NLRB filed a complaint against Tesla for interfering in a union drive at their Buffalo, NY assembly plant.
