There is no evidence to support that. The release published by Netflix does not talk about average audience but total audience. When Nielsen viewership is published they say here is the average minute audience, not total audience like Netflix did. Plus Nielsen is US only

I think the grand final only aired on Fox Soccer Plus, which is not Nielsen rated. A re-air aired Sunday night with a 2K viewer average
