This time of year really does a number on me every single time.

Following on from this - I really do think I need to touch grass for a few days.
Online doomscrolling and just being a lurker in servers isnβt doing my mental health any favours.
I think I just need to disappear for a while and see how I feel after a couple of days maybe.
I dunno anymore. >.<
Worse day for depression in a while.
Being distant to friends and family as I donβt want anyone to see me in this way.
I hate this feeling so much.
I just want it to stop.
This community is a blessing and a curse.
I wish I could just be myself and not feel like I have to be someone else.
