i think zoloft has helped me calm down a lot but i still get irritated easily.. and i get emotional so quickly

last november is nothing compared to this. my mind is completely blank… if i cared id say it’s unsettling but i cant even bring myself to care. i’m burning and i don’t even care. my head feels like its going to explode and i dont care. whats the point of anything really

my brain is barely reacting to anything. physically i can tell that im in pain.. mentally im pretty sure my brain shut down and gave up

it’s kinda like i’m under anesthesia on the brink between being awake and falling asleep except my mind is super clear and i can’t fall asleep
