It's just a different use case. Honestly, I love my Linux, but I cannot stand using it as a daily driver. Because when something breaks, it breaks HARD. I use Linux to set and forget, and it's wonderful. I only touch it to update distros at End of Support and have it live patch the rest of the time.

I mean someone had to have bought it, and either way they're still going to be making those updates for the finance and healthcare sectors, so I'd hope they honor the 6 years of ESU.

It's a great perspective to have. I imagine starting in a top league in Europe still gets a better shout than a MLS'er, but it makes more sense than calling up someone sitting in the reserves.

That's really tough. I'd say 3070 would be a better bet if you can find it, but if you had to decide between the two, 4060 is probably the better way to go, if you're just looking at benchmarks.

Anything 20XX and up is fine. I'm still running a 1080Ti playing games in 2K at 100Hz with zero issue.
The 40 Series cards are power hogs and honestly not worth the cost or electric bill.
