Saw "Depeche Mode: M" at the cinema tonight. Good fun. Not as fun as singing along with 20,000 of your closest friends at a concert of theirs, but still fun.

I finished #WordsOfRadiance last night, so I’ll be starting #Oathbringer today. What’s another ~1200 pages between friends?

There are no goodbyes, just “see ya later”…so see you later, Becky. The world’s a little less bright without you. I think she’d be pleased seeing everyone who showed up for her today. She was a life to celebrated.

I’m over 60% done #WordsOfRadiance so i’ll probably finish it today. Leave it to me to jump back into reading with 1000+ books, lawl. Really good stuff though, which definitely is helping my ADHD-brain stick with them.

I finished #TheWayofKings last night/this morning. Hell of a book. Of course I jumped right into #WordsOfRadiance because books.

So, I know it's "only" high/epic fantasy, but we all like what we like...and this book kind of fucking rules. It's been on my Kindle so long and I was intimidated by it because brain no work right, but I'm almost fucking done the thing now. #thewayofkings

70% through “The Way of Kings”. I know it’s just a book, but having something I’d thought my brain took away given back is…amazing. The simple act of reading a book. How I have missed it.

I am now over a quarter through “The Way of Kings”, and i’m actually *retaining* the goddam book! I haven’t had to re-read everything 3 fucking times!

A day spent fighting with eBook metadata (it’s a sickness, leave me be), baseballing success (fuck the Yankees: now. forever. always), and watching “Black Rabbit”. Not bad.

I’ve been off of work almost a full year now, and I *still* feel burnt out every single day.

I finished watching "Black Doves" last night, a fun espionage/nonsense season. Reading continues successfully, I quite like Sanderson's world building so far!

I’ve actually managed to read a few chapters of “The Way of Kings” in one sitting. Sounds minor and stupid but it’s a HUGE improvement over how my brain’s treated reading for the last decade or so.

I just started my first non-Wheel of Time Brandon Sanderson book on my kindle. It's like 1000 pages, so it'll be a test of my ADHD-brain to see if I can actually still read a fucking book.

Finished up “The Haunting of Hill House” tonight. Good fun.

Just watched Okada/Takeshita/Dorada from Saturday. Just as good as it was live.

I watched the 2025 version of "Red Sonja" last night. Don't ask why.

It is certainly a movie that was made.

I had fun at #AEWAllOut. Not enough to start watching the product again, but it’s nice to see everyone still doing good work. Hanging with friends is also keen.

There was a ring of lights just below the big scoreboard above the ring that was in peoples’ eyes. My sight line was _just_ lower than these lights so i was fine.

We saw Perry’s heel turn in Toronto, and now his face turn. That was fun live.

Well, that fucking ruled. Takeshita still awesome.

On the GO train on my way to #AEWAllOut. Sure I haven’t watched ANY wrasslin’ since last December, will still be a blast.

I just watched Cronenberg’s “The Shrouds”, and I really should’ve expected the “wut” that came out of me when it ended.

Finally getting stuff out of boxes from the old upstairs office and onto shelves in the new downstairs office. Yes, I’m a fucking nerd.

Had an 'end of summer' BBQ at the house today. Lots of cool folks. Very exhausting, so of course I'm still awake. Finished season 2 of "The Ark" just now. Not the greatest, but I've certainly watched worse shows.

Just started "We are Legion (We are Bob)" today, after finally finishing "Sisterhood of Dune". The latter was good, but the writing is quite sloppy in parts. I do like the goings on, though.

Eh, i’m going to the damn thing and it doesn’t bother me at all. but if someone’s annoyed, I get it.
