I'm seeing less posts about the Visa and Mastercard situation and I want to make it plain as day. You need to keep calling and bothering them, and losing them money.

Because if we lose this, they are going to cut more and more from what's available until you can only buy what they approve of.

I plan to finish up Kelly Link's The Book of Love, to work on a short story idea I've been mulling over, and to go fabric/yarn shopping with my mom! so huge plans for me, just giant and fun and perfect :D

Promoting the shit out of this one again - “The Power Company Detective” by Joe Koch, a real downer feel bad story with lots going on. A kind of grimy gothic feel but also a surreal anti-Raymond Chandler noir vibe. Not stripped bare but thick, sludgy prose you have to wipe off after reading.

Gretchen got suspended, so we have to extra spread the word about Black Flame's release. I had the chance to read it a few months back and it's such a brutal hard look at cultural trauma, assimilation, self hatred, revenge, and the messiness of history. It will knock your socks off
