not that I dont enjoy my job btw, I'm grateful I can work with art at all specially in the big 25, at the end of the day I like doing all kinds of art, it's just you have to tailor yourself a lot to be able fit into some necessary molds

I see this in lots of areas, from youtubers that get stuck doing one kind of video, to stuff like blacksmiths that get one good design go viral and then never can do anything else,

and then you need to treat the stuff you really wanna make as that small side project or hobby

idk if it's just a me thing, but I feel the professional field really makes you squeeze into a box if you want to be successful, you always hear how you need to express yourself creatively, but if you are not a one trick poney you are shooting yourself in the foot massively

The Bureau of Labor Statistics is the crown jewel of knowledge about jobs and the economy.
