Pixar designed Toy Story to be printed on physical film. The Disney renaissance movies were the same.

Today, it's hard to see them as they were meant to be seen. The versions on streaming and home media aren't quite the same films that ruled the '90s:

The biggest thing i've learned as an artist who sells prints and merch is don't make what people ask for. They won't buy it. Make what you, the artist, want to see printed on the support of ur choice.
I can't explain why but THAT'S what will sell. People who buy the most are the silent ones. 🫶

Really happy with this little guy. The stone came out so beautifully blue in the end, and the deer antler idea worked out great.

Can I help in any way? Blue: Not really. I just have to suffer through it. Having produced an antique-style velvet-cushioned fainting couch, apparently out of nowhere, Green places Blue upon it. Blue rests on his back, still exactly just as miserable as before. Green: Would you feel better suffering on a nice fainting couch? Blue: It's not worse. Closing his eyes, Green cuddles up to Blue, loosely wrapping around him. Green: What if I lay down too, draped dramatically over you, lamenting your grievous fate? Blue: You don't have to do all that. Green: But I want to.

Not being able to make a living just from your art doesn't make you a failure as an artist, it just means you're a totally normal working artist.

Very, very few comic book creators can survive on just the money they make from comics. It is an inherently unstable job and it is only getting worse as time goes on. Don't ever be embarrassed or ashamed of needing another job so that you can keep making comics.

Hey guys, X Omega Strikers here to x-plain the meme. This x-hilarating picture is a play on the "not what i'm called meme". The general idea is a character walking in just for others to use similar word instead or their actual name, which provokes the x-asperated response "not what I'm called". X-cept, in this case we have Jacinthe speaking on top of Lebanne claiming that is now actually her name.
