Hard to disagree. They also poisoned the well of British politics with Brexit, promises of tax cuts, unfunded cut to NI etc At the same time failing to deal with issues like the Post Office, the infected blood scandal, Leveson 2, immigration, social care etc etc.
History will not judge them kindly.
