For such an old game, Morrowind holds up surprisingly well at times. (Other than character models.) I never played it in its own time, but I imagine I would have loved it. (My first TES was Skyrim.) This is a source port (OpenMW) but with no new assets.

Sure, but form-fitting clothing generally doesn't have that problem. A common tip for artists is that if you're having trouble figuring out how the body should fit together, try drawing them with underwear on as a reference, even if it's just temporary. The photo models have that built-in.

Besides, for the purpose of reference images for artists, it's probably better overall to wear underwear or leotards or other things of that general shape, which helps visualize how the body is oriented at different angles, which can be harder with a nude model; even if the resulting art is nude.
