Ellis jnr crashed tonight in the first round of the final in the UK, he was taken from the track to hospital by ambulance. He doesn’t have his phone with him and he has a back injury. I’ve been informed that he could move

Feeling kind of sad this morning. Taking my dogs (13,12 and 10) for their walk last night and I realise more than ever how old they are. Everyday tasks such as an evening stroll are becoming harder and slower.

Sadly I feel there’s some difficult decisions in the months ahead.
