In a wide-ranging #SU2CInnovationSummit, scientists from many different fields discussed methods, technologies, and systems for catching cancers at their earliest stages and selecting the best treatments for every patient. #StandUpToCancer

Another #SU2CInnovationSummit was focused on developing novel approaches for detecting and treating brain cancers called gliomas. #StandUpToCancer

In a #SU2CInnovationSummit held today, researchers reviewed the latest data on the surge in early-onset cancers and discussed potential approaches for improving early detection and treatment of cancer in these younger patients. #StandUpToCancer

A full day has begun at the #SU2CScientificSummit! We received inspiring remarks from #StandUpToCancer President and CEO Dr. Julian Adams, SU2C Science Advisory Committee Chair Dr. William G. Nelson, @theaacr.bsky.social CEO Dr. Marge Foti, and SU2C co-founder Sherry Lansing.

The other #SU2CInnovationSummit held today was a collaboration with the Farrah Fawcett Foundation, gathering researchers, advocates, & other stakeholders to chart a path forward for the early detection, screening, and treatment of HPV-related anal and oropharyngeal cancers. #StandUpToCancer

In one #SU2CInnovationSummit held today, leading researchers discussed advances in cancer theranostics. Theranostics are like multitalented homing beacons: Molecules that allow doctors to clearly see tumors with imaging, like a PET scan, and that can also precisely deliver radiation to those tumors.

The #SU2CScientificSummit and five #SU2CInnovationSummits are taking place this week in Pasadena, California! Hundreds of scientists will be discussing the latest in cancer research and treatment, and identifying opportunities for rapid progress. Let the innovation begin! #StandUpToCancer
