We completed the week woohoo🥳🥳🥳I almost forget about I wanna smoke and thinkin whole time I wanna eat now.Good thing I did some groceries yesterday so I can bake as much pizza as I want.That will make next week way easier to me bc everytime I'll wanna smoke, I'll eat pizza

Smoke dropper dairy Day 7:
ITS PIZZA DAY!!!
I asked a frien for one cig of curiousity. And I couldn't smoke even half of it. It tasted disgusting and hella bitter. I guess physically I prefer pizza over cigs now. But mentally time is goin slower somehow and waitings are seem bit boring now.

Smoke dropper dairy Day 6:
The boss was mad at me for skipping so many working days. I tried to explain him that was for quiting cigs but it took some time for him to cooldown. Was a bit stressy day but I handled it well enough and survived.

I took one more day out from work just for feeling still unsure I'll not start smoking. Also this night I had a weird dream where was something about lottery(numbers 357-378),about car,my grandma and cigs. Like I suddenly found out I'm smoking and I got really mad over it.

Btw I had it similarish to your case excepting I quiting smoking raw,without any supplements. I been smoking for 16 years and tried to quit it 3 or 4 times before but usually I been just giving up on 3-rd day or earlier. So I'm goin on a record now

I stopped drinking alcohol 3 years ago like completely. But I had a light alcoholism before. So I can tell that I quited drinking too back then. It felt somehow similar to what I feeling now to cigs,just a bit lighter

I took day out from work cuz I guess I'm not ready yet to go back there today since I found out I might gave up on cigs (almost everyone smokes ony workplace). Spent whole day eating potatoes and playing Genshin. Btw it feels not that ass as it was yesterday. The progress?

It was such ass like Idk damn I been so slow and so in bad condition bruh. Kinda like imagine being sleepless for day or two and then suddenly gettin lost in time and space,something like that. Also tbf I gave up a bit and smoked one cig at work. Bad bad very bad of me

So, smoke dropper dairy day 1-5:
First two days were ass. I been endlessly eatin all I had in my fridge and tried to distract myself from nicotine as hard as possible. That was hella painful so I spent 100$ on Genshin just to forgive I wanted a cig. It somehow worked for a short time.

Okayyy well so... I have to announce that I trying to quit smoking so I'll start something like smoke dropper diary here. Wish me luck🤞🏼
