!!!! i went for the same reasons years ago, was told multiple times it’s depression (which it wasn’t at the time and also this was the during a time i wasn’t considered overwheight). Turns out i too have hypothyroidism 🤪

While i don’t negate the fact that it might help, howwww does the doctor know that your core muscles are weak?!??

see, i get told “you need to strengthen your muscles” often. And i feel it’s just a disguise for “get in the gym fatso”, since fat people apparently have to gave weak muscles??

One of my fave series rn is also the road of bones by demi winters. Oh and a fate inked in blood by danielle l jenkins (same author as the bridge kingdom series). Another recent fave was the hurricane wars

I’m really liking the bridge kingdom series atm! Also if you haven’t read Rachel Gillig’s books they are basically all 5 star reads for me and my faves this year; the shepherd kind duology (one dark window and two crooked crowns) and the knight and the moth (book two isn’t out yet).

Very much so. I rage read the first two books (because stupidly i was influenced and bought both before reading anything) and i will not continue as they were so badly written too 😅
