Some kids get the opposite message, served with resentment. Time to heal & educate goodwill—& basic civics classes again too!

I know of a similar issue on a kids’ sport team. The team had ongoing sessions for parents and kids that was led by a trained facilitator to help everyone grow in understanding that all kids are victims of racism, even the racist kids who’ve been taught to drink poison. Some hearts open to healing.

Beyond heartbreaking—for this child and our country.
