My only actual criticism of stardew valley is i like shane & want to marry him but it makes me depressed that if you do jas doesn't move in with you. like he just abandons her i guess LMAO

i just have the brain damage that makes me upset when the fake not real video game characters aren't as complex and multifaceted and dynamic as real actual human beings that exist in the real world LMAO sorry i can't help it. So ive been hesitant with getting involved with npcs

This isn't really a criticism of the game or anything, it would be pretty unrealistic for concernedape to have to change a bunch of already complex npc behavior based on the specifics of your relationships with them and stuff. like the npc system is already extremely deep

i'm pretty early in stardew valley, but i've been not putting a lot of time into npc relationships my first year because idk if npc character development in the cutscenes actually changes their in-game behaviors at all (like their daily schedules and stuff) & i worry it would kill my immersion LOL

I started playing stardew valley again and it's the most stressful and absorbing game i've ever played. i mean i'm having fun but i genuinely don't know how this game is so popular it's the most involved and fast paced life sim i can think of. Needless to say it's been annihilating all my free time

if they wanted to stop this they would be fighting it, not funding it.

the democrats in power are letting this all happen because it aligns with their class interests and the wants of their wealthy owners. if they wanted to stop it they would fight it but they support ice, the police, and the military, which is why they always vote to give them more money and power.

they enjoy what's going on. if not enjoy they're ambivalent to it. they're getting paid anyways so it doesn't matter. they're "scared" because their constituents expect them to actually fight the current admin instead of roll over, and they can only stall for so long before people realize what's up
