He sat beside Adam and lifted his arm, putting it around himself. Smiling, he leaned into him comfortably.

He guided Adam into one of the seats of the ferris wheel, a machine cheerfully telling them to enjoy the ride.

He looked at Adam lovingly, enjoying the way he analyzed such small details.

"C'mon, I'll tell you all about the machine 2B and I fought here."

He smiled, leading Adam to the ride.

"That's actually how we ended up meeting Pascal. I guess this machine was a long time threat, so after we took it out, the machines here wanted to thank us."

Further up ahead was a building that looked much like a castle with a heart carved out in the middle. Fireworks filled the sky, erupting into beautiful hues.

9S smiled, glancing over at Adam.

"Isn't it fascinating? Machines did all of this..."

He nodded his head and pulled back to hold his hand instead. The android guided him around the corner, the entrance to the amusement park lying in front of them.

It was remarkably intact and looked just as how it would when humans still lived on Earth. There was even a machine acting —

He reassured, nuzzling his face against his chest.

"You just keep showing me how amazing you really are. It makes me fall more in love with you."

9S was surprised but smiled, embracing his beloved.

"I don't know... 2B is scary when she's angry."

He chuckled, resting his hands on Adam's shoulders.

"And I'd rather not see you get hurt."

"Heheh..."

He laughed nervously, leaning into him.

"You know she might try and kill you, right?"

"Huh?! I thought we were over that!"

He stared at Adam in disbelief, mouth dropped open slightly.

"You know... cause we're together now..."

"Ah! H-Hey!"

His eyes widened as he stared down at him.

"Come on!"

"Hmm? Speak up! I can go for eight."

He grinned, leaning in to kiss him again.

Smirking, he immediately pulled Adam down for a kiss before mumbling softly.

"Seven."

"Yeah, yeah!"

He held out his hand for Adam once he made it to the surface.

"Alright, let's go, Romeo."

He giggled as he began to climb up the ladder.

"Hmph... I can't help it. You say these sweet things and I just want to kiss you."

He looked down, flustered.

"Hey, why are you laughing?"

He pouted, staring up at Adam.

"Always does."

He turned to face him and leaned up, stealing a kiss from him.

9S walked along the pavement, a chuckle soon emitting from him.

"Did you just flirt with me, Adam?"

He turned his head to grin at him.

9S followed after Adam and dropped to his feet, his hand holding his again.

"We just have to walk straight and take the first left. There will be a ladder that'll lead us straight to the entrance."

"Only when there's no other options available. It's not so bad, really. You might see some human items too! I found a tire once and some kind of baton."

"Heheh, I love you too."

He grinned before pulling back. He led Adam over to the opening of a sewer, pointing towards the ladder.

"This is the best way to get through. The amusement park will be right there when we climb out."

"You know, Adam, if you want me, you can just say so."

He teased, squeezing his hand.

"Heh, definitely."

He gently swung their arms together.

"I really like just being with you."

He smiled from the nickname used, his hand gently squeezing his.

"Let's go."

He began to lead him down the abandoned streets, his head rested against his shoulder.

"I guess this will be our first real date, huh?"

"They'd be more than willing to help, I'm sure."

He reassured, pulling back to take his hand into his own.
