I want to spend time doing things that will make my life better today, but I'm struggling with depressive symptoms.
However, I'm trying to be accepting of my current reality and also practicing self-compassion.

I've felt depressive symptoms lessen, more curiosity, feeling more creative, more open to trying new things, less affected by anxiety, i felt more whole as a person too. Though, unfortunately, the last time I had a C-PTSD trigger so it didn't have that much of a positive effect.

I'm trying to change the schedule for my ketamine treatments this a week. Also I had a bad experience on Thursday, I hope I have a safe and meaningful session soon. I really need it.

This sounds like something I'd do?

It's very important for me to work on cleaning and organizing my apartment this week. And to finish everything except buying new things I'll need by next Sunday.
I need support, encouragement and motivation.

My Monstera is struggling - it all drooped. I hope it makes it once I get it tied to moss poles.

Going to work on meal planning now.

They're all tropical plants that love humidity. So if you're I'm a place loke Florida it will work.
And if you're somewhere around NY like me you can only do it for 1-2 months with a continous mister on the plants.

They keep beimg added to lists of plants you can neglect in dark rooms and that's a lie.

Awww I've had soany fail or die. I just know which ones grow fast and get fat. I use fat as a positive description for plants. Lol.

Also all kinds of pepperomias are super difficult to keep alive.
Not to mention begonias.
Sanseverias/snake plants survive on neglect but the barely grow at all
Zz plants grow slow and are sensitive.
