Day 12 - Grateful that I did not break a bone today.
Why today? Because today I had an ugly slip and fall in the bathroom. I didnβt break anything but it couldβve easily been worse in the way I fell.
Right side of my knee hurts though and Iβm limping around the house now.

Day 8 - Grateful for my Oura ring. I love my Oura ring, I'm addicted to looking at my Sleep score, my Activity Goal, and checking my stress levels.
It also checks my heart rate, my "cardiovascular age", it says my cardiovascular age is 12 years younger than my actual age.

Congratulations to all the Democratic candidates who won tonight. Itβs a reminder that when we come together around strong, forward-looking leaders who care about the issues that matter, we can win. Weβve still got plenty of work to do, but the future looks a little bit brighter.

Day 2 β Grateful to have food on the table. Meanwhile, 18 million U.S. households will face food insecurity this year.
Withholding SNAP benefits to needy families during this shutdown is just absolutely cruel and shameful.

It's Day 1 of National Gratitude Month.
Today, I am grateful for this platform, Bluesky.
Coming here reminds me that there are still sane people in the world, people of all stripes, ready and willing to fight fascism at all costs.
