The Japanese translation for Django(1966) on IMDb is listed as "A Fistful of Dollars Part 2(another movie in the same genre from 2 years earlier). AFOD was translated as 荒野の用心棒, "Wasteland Bodyguard," and then I suppose for marketing purposes Django became simply "Wasteland Bodyguard Sequel." neat
