Amazing & wonderful weekend spent with Cody at the 'Queeroake takes over Cedars' event at Cedars LGBT+ Campgrounds. Our 1st trip together, we were hosted by our dear friends Steve & Bob in the bunky at The Hamptons. Claude has conquered again!! Very happy to support him! 🏳️‍🌈🥰🙏💞🎤🤟🥳

I wasn't disappointed!! Dozens of blooms over the last 2 days! Joyous!

Wow! I've got an orgy of blooms coming out now. 8 on 1 bush alone! Tomorrow, probably twice that! 🥰

In spite of the tough preceding week, Cody & I went to Rock The Park, seeing Marianas Trench & Hozier. Cody & his team even got them to provide ASL Interpretation!! Good start& thanks JEG 🥳

Got to finish my Canadiana tribute this week, a bit late due to a stroke, but hey, 'I'm Still Standing'. Over the 3 weeks, I did 6 new tunes by the Hip, London's own Helix, Big Wreck, Chilliwack, the Guess Who, Triumph!! Under the circumstances, delivering on my plan makes me proud.

To all my fellow @Queeraoke.ca peeps. Wow!💞 Had a tough week last with Cody's broken knuckle & my stroke. The love you all showed us was heartwarming & inspirational. I didn't cry, much. 🥲 Love you so much! 🤗💋🙏❤️ Sorry we can't be with you tonite at the Hard Rock, but we're at RTP 🥳

Time to update My Karaoke Songlist! In the past 6 months I've learned & performed 43 new songs!! I look forward to adding to this list, which i have been compiling for more than 15 years (since March 14, 2010)!!. Latest update: 30Jun25, 918 songs!

My lilac bush bloom may be over, but the new growth is amazing! The Rose of Sharon's are coming on strong, with 4+ inches growth, all but 2 with swelling buds 😁 alas, the backyard row have all broke or did poorly🤷 last 3 pix are from last year, for comparison.

Celebrated my 65th properly at @queeraoke.ca with the ppl who bring joy to my life! Cody & I did Muse tunes. Everyone there made my nite so special, very grateful for the love I was showered with. Amazing souls!🎤🤟💋🙏 special thanks to Leif for the interpretive dance to our song, Starlight!!

Hard as I tried to avoid it, Sunday arrived, and I became a senior citizen. I'm officially the OG. Celebrated with some of my fave hobbies, auto racing & karaoke. Saw or talked with my family, watched my son play softball & seen my chosen family. Perfect relaxing day, with Cody for the evening. 💖😁🙏

The reign of the purple is over, back to being more comfortable. My lilac patch has really taken off this year. Lovely fragrance on my porch!

Out at Slow Pitch City on Sunday, watching the kid's co-ed 'Hoppy Hitters' play! Got to spend value time with granddaughters Nova, and Valley (on her 1 month anniversary) 🫠🥰😁 Monday I sang 'Rammstein' 1st time at Queeraoke.

My 2nd granddaughter, Valley Isabelle, was born a 6 weeks preemie, 12 days ago, to proud parents Jeffrey & Joselyn Tardif. Mother's milk works wonders!! In spite of some tough days, Valley was released to home last nite 🍾 Today, she met her sister Nova. And her Grampa Will!

I'm 57 days from being 65, and an official senior.

Big final week to end 2025 1Q! Did 3 new tunes by The Black Keys, Ghost, & The Offspring. Debuted 22 new tunes by 20 different bands, a very satisfying 😌 If that wasn't fun enough, while at The Well last nite, my kids delivered a new granddaughter!! Valley Isabelle! 🥳

St.Paddy's @ Queeraoke! what a combo👏 Packed house, great singers. Amazeballs! Thursday @ the Well, very more sedate. Sang my Billy Joel set (with 2 new tunes), and 4 Rammstein tunes (in 3.5hrs)🎤🥰

What a difference 3 days make! This is the earliest I was able to get the shorts on for walking. Glorious 🌞

Three weeks into the NASCAR season, luck hasn't been on my Team Penske boys. Yet. They're competative, so luck will follow.
Indycar has begun. Ganassi won, but Team Penske put 2 in the top 5. Indycar was my 1st love, since I seen them in Toronto 35 years ago. Emmo quickly became my favorite driver.

I hope everyone stays safe out there.🙏 The next day will be ugly. 😖🥶 Cody & I celebrated Valentines 💝 with dinner at Hanata Sushi House, followed by NASCAR Duels at Daytona🥰🏁
