I’m guessing he’s afraid that if he actually leaves he will be arrested. And now some Republicans are making noise about impeachment, which would deny Elon a pardon, while Boasberg is determined to prosecute ump officials who’ve broken the law. So he stays after saying he’s leaving.

I see. So I guess it’s a question of whether ”DOGE” is part of an existing agency. I know Trump and musk say it is but would SCOTUS agree is probably what it’ll come down to. It’ll take awhile for any lawsuit to get to them though
