Today I was told I am a calming presence and I really let that land. I have felt an inner calm recently that I have never experienced before in my 35 years of this life.

Anxiety pokes her head in still but she is soothed and comforted.

Despite what is going on nationally/globally, I feel so grounded in peace. I feel the buzz of excitement for what the future holds…. which seems kind of odd… 😆 But I truly believe we’re in the verge of something amazing on the other side of all this chaos.
