I have a folder on my desktop titled "praise". Mostly it's just screenshots of shoutouts from Slack. But it's nice to look back at the good things that people recognise you for, it reminds you of why you do what you do.

Had a fun evening at my local photography club on Wednesday. A member from the club arranged a macro night where he brought in a variety of subjects and his collection of lights so everyone could try out some new techniques. Here's my results.

This is great to see – looking forward to the future updates too.

I would LOVE to be able to insert a gallery of images like I can insert a single image into the formatted text field. Though I'm not sure how that could be customized on the page view. (Maybe the ability to map it to a component?)

Added a recent pano image to this “Panellum” viewer. A much better way to view panos digitally I think.

Dang it. I forgot to go for a run yesterday… oh well. I’ll try again next year.

The biggest issue with @framer.com right now is how limiting their CMS "Content" field is. I really want to migrate a WP blog I have over to framer, but that blog has several image galleries embedded in each post. It'd also be nice to be able to add classes/custom styles to each element too.

A Goldcrest – a small bird with a striking bright yellow stripe on its head.

Managed to photography a Goldcrest at the weekend. My first time seeing one of these birds – I couldn't believe how small it was. They move pretty quickly and the light wasn't great, but happy with the outcome nonetheless.

Yesterday, we had a cool idea for our nature photography platform. Today we shipped it. :D

Users can now create their "Year of photography" graphic which uses their calendar month featured images. :)

Here's mine, and yes, I didn't take any photos in February. 😭
