Thinking about the time I flustered a cont ed presenter who was selling ai and crypto cuz I asked them to explain how crypto isn’t just an unregulated stock market and how generative ai isn’t just an overhyped search engine that blends sources so makes the answer less accurate and less researchable.

Being an “ai artist” is the equivalent of googling a phrase, sharing the first image you find, then claiming you’re an artist for seeing it.

I forget sometimes how intimately linked sleep, nutrition, and exercise are to having good mentals. I didn’t realize it as much before having ptsd but nowadays it really is my main motivation to keep going with it.
