Spoopy season is upon us! Which is why I was commissioned to do a Halloween-y Jolteon variant, and this's what I came up with! A ghost-typed Jolteon based on EMF spikes and the ghost hunter meters used to detect them.

I first planned to match the types, but I realized the forms of the birds better lent themselves to different beasts. So I fused Entei & Zapdos, Raikou & Articuno, and Suicune & Moltres!
