So many educators I talk to want to know the most effective ways to teach & assess writing. I wanted to know too. Iβm psyched to share what weβve found over 15 years. Iβm most excited to share it at the amazing Planet Word Museum! @thereadingleague.org

When I visited my rural PA family, data centers were all they talked about. If people want the rural vote, listen to their concerns about data centers.
Tweet by Jay Bhattacharya: It's the height of irony that the European Commission fined @elonmusk 's @x for not being transparent. The old Twitter handed out blue checks to cronies with no transparency whatsoever. The purpose of the old Twitter blue check system was to suppress dissidents and censor speech. Quote tweets himself saying: Twitter 1.0 placed me on a blacklist & denied me a blue check on the grounds that I am not noteworthy enough. Meanwhile, Twitter 1.0 gave blue checks to every covid alarmist, whatever their credenitals and lack of notoriety. The EU is silencing political opposition.
Imagine you're overseeing the termination of clinical trials, the destruction of people's livelihoods, the dismantling of scientific research in the US, and you're complaining that Twitter didn't give you a blue check 4 years ago.

And yet nothing changes. Waves of flu and colds wash over schools, and the schools pretend it's an act of God.

This indiscriminate dismantling of education research has been plaguing my colleagues & dear friends all year. Eliminating the penny spent on education research will do nothing for the federal debt but will continue US decline in world rankings.

You can't see DLD (Developmental Language Disorder ) so what does it look like in the classroom?
DLD can look like ADHD but you'll also notice that children with DLD have difficulty using words and sentences and understanding, even when they are focussed.
