On Sunday, a man later identified by his family as Orbin Mauricio Hernandez Serren was detained at a Speedway gas station in St. Paul. Viral video shared online showed him unconscious which led many to conclude he was killed, but his sister Consuelo Henriquez confirmed to MPR News that he is alive.
